The ArtWalk has been held in historic Tremont since 1993. Seven businesses collaborated and opened up their doors to artists and patrons that year for the first ever ArtWalk. Now in its 18th year, the ArtWalk continues to thrive.
More than 30 galleries, shops and restaurants will participate in the event this Friday. The stores will showcase photography, collages, comics, water color paintings and handpainted guitars from local artists. Several of the artists will be present to meet with patrons and discuss their artwork.
The ArtWalks are held the second Friday of each month.
